Payments to Ukraine and Russia

We continue to monitor world events and are keeping a watchful eye on developments on the Ukraine/Russia border, related sanctions, and international compliance changes. In light of ongoing developments and the policies of our processing partners, Paychex Bill Pay has halted payments to the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia Regions of Ukraine with immediate effect.
Paychex Bill Pay currently does not support payments to the following regions in Ukraine:
- Crimea
- Donetsk
- Luhansk
- Kherson
- Zaporizhzhia
Things to know:
- Paychex Bill Pay is currently unable to send payments in UAH or RUB.
- The Paychex Bill Pay Payment Operations team may contact users for more information about payments to Ukraine.
- These sanctions are complex and changing in response to developments on the ground in the Ukraine. Paychex Bill Pay may be required to take other actions to comply with federal regulations if the scope of the sanctions changes. During this time, we'll update our customers as we adapt our processes to any new sanctions orders by updating this article.

Payments to the Republic of Niger
We continue to monitor world events and are keeping a watchful eye on developments in the Republic of Niger, related sanctions, and international compliance changes. In light of ongoing developments and the policies of our processing partners, Paychex Bill Pay has halted payments made in NE and XOF currency to the Republic of Niger, effective immediately.
Things to know:
- Paychex Bill Pay is currently unable to send payments in NE and XOF currencies
- At the moment, Paychex Bill Pay is able to send payments made in USD to the Republic of Niger
- The Paychex Bill Pay Payment Operations team may contact users for more information about payments to Niger
- These sanctions are complex and changing in response to developments on the ground in Niger. Paychex Bill Pay may be required to take other actions to comply with federal regulations if the scope of the sanctions changes. During this time, we'll update our customers as we adapt our processes to any new sanctions orders by updating this article.
